Allah The Merciful

بسم ا لله ا لر حمن ا لر حيم

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

For me to ponder upon

I’ve been to a seminar back in 2009. It is an asset management seminar. Many scholar, most of them non-Muslim. The speaker mention that everything must have a manual. Manual is a document that contains all relevant “know-how” and most importantly a troubleshooting guide in case something wrong occur.

I still remember, how he continues telling everyone he wishes that there is a manual for man so that he could solve his own domestic problem. Everyone in the hall broke into laughter. It must be funny I guess. Just imagine who in their right mind will or able to write a manual for MAN.

But Allah the merciful has done it. He gives us the book that act as guidance to be a good servant to him and a good caliph to his creations. How he asked us to use the rizq that he had given us in good course and not even once he ordered us to use what he blessed us with to harm others.

We always measure successful with wealth, but Allah said if we want to become successful it is as easy as believing in the unseen. Once you believe in the unseen that can be anything from afterlife rewards, hell or heaven, you will get what I mean.

May Allah guide us back to our home in Jannah
